Primary service · Website maintenance
Keep the website accurate, useful, and ready for customers.
Covered care protects the quality of the published site while separately scoped improvements allow content and customer pathways to grow over time.
The right fit
Ongoing care without ambiguous promises.
The goal is to keep important information and core functionality dependable while identifying larger improvements before they become rushed emergencies.
A strong fit when you need
- Business details and services change over time
- The site needs routine platform or break/fix care
- Updates should follow a consistent request process
- The owner wants a known support contact
Probably not the right fit when
- Unlimited new pages or features are expected
- Unapproved third-party access cannot be secured
- The website uses unsupported or inaccessible systems
- Emergency response terms have not been agreed
What care supports
Protect clarity after the launch date.
- 01
Current information
Approved updates keep contact details, services, notices, and other important content from becoming misleading.
- 02
A dependable baseline
Routine technical and break/fix care helps preserve the agreed published experience.
- 03
Planned improvements
Requests outside covered care are identified and scoped instead of being quietly folded into undefined support.
Clear scope
Coverage customers can understand.
Every engagement confirms the supported website, covered term, request method, boundaries, and any separately priced work.
- Supported-site inventory
- Routine platform checks
- Covered break/fix care
- Approved content corrections
- Request and approval pathway
- Scope review for new work
- Launch-quality preservation
- Clear end or renewal terms

The finished work is checked across devices, launched carefully, and connected to an appropriate support path.

Built for continuity
Published work is designed to keep growing.

New website plans include 12 months of covered maintenance.
The landing-page and multi-page website packages both include publishing and 12 months of covered maintenance. Existing-site care is reviewed separately because platform, condition, and access vary.
Questions before you begin
Straight answers for the next decision.
What is covered maintenance?
Coverage is defined in the written scope and generally protects the agreed published experience through routine platform and break/fix care. New pages, content, and features are separate unless specifically included.
Can you maintain a website built elsewhere?
Possibly. The platform, access, condition, dependencies, and current risks need to be reviewed before support can be accepted.
Are content updates included?
Small approved corrections may be included when the written scope says so. Larger content changes, new pages, and campaigns are scoped separately.
Does maintenance renew automatically?
Only when a written order explicitly states the term, price, renewal cycle, and authorization. Included care does not create an automatic renewal by itself.
